Is open worldwide?

We offer sales in US Dollars and ship to North American customers only, plus some U.S. territories and U.S. government and military operating facilities.

How do I return an item?

All non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. A copy of your order or an email from our customer service center, granting approval of return must be included in all return packages.

All returns will be credited back to the customer within one week of receiving the returned item.

Custom Products

Any product that has been fully customized through a cooperative effort between the customer and our team cannot be returned unless the item was damaged upon receipt. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending  returned item(s)  back to our facilities.

How much is shipping?

Our standard ground (UPS – 48 Contiguous States) shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 from our warehouse in Richmond, VA. Your order typically ships in 2-3 business days from payment confirmation. (Expect holiday delays)

HI / AK / APO / FPO – $15.99 Flat Rate Applies – May arrive UPS or USPS.

Custom / Bulk Orders

Shipping costs are dependent on quantity, weight, number of packages and any expedited shipping requests that may be made. A quote for shipping charges will be included with a custom order. Please contact us at 804.784.7300 for further details.

Are your products made in the USA?

We exclusively design the bulk of our products in-house. We strive to have all of our products made in the USA. Our goal is to send our designs to the production facility that will best execute the finished product. Some products are sourced through third parties from various origins.
